On 22 August 2020, Cornerstone Women will be hosting a virtual Mother and Daughter Conference. The introduction of the virtual conference enables all women from different walks of life and areas across the country to join in and participate in a celebration that affirms the bonds between women especially mother and daughter through sharing experiences.
The purpose of this virtual conference is to center and inspire empowering mothers and daughters through the restoration of self-worth and redemption thus allowing them to take control of and reshape their futures as they see fit. The tickets for the conference will cost R160.00 per single device log-in.
Expected to be speaking in the conference will be a list of notable keynote speakers and diverse panel of experts with a host of inclusive discussions and content that enable participants to engage and share opinions and experiences.
Organizer and conceptualizer of the mother and daughter virtual conference Samantha Le Roux say “The programme is centred around strengthening the relationships between mother and daughter and breathing life back into the family as women are the core of families”.
Cornerstone Woman acknowledges the plight of women and families in society and all the proceeds raised from this virtual conference will go back into rebuilding the community by providing support to families who have been affected by devasting experiences OF TRAUMA in their lives including CRIME, domestic violence, abuse, AND ADDICTIONS.
