1. Tell us a bit about yourself.
I’ve recently embarked on an exciting yet challenging journey of starting a new career. After years of school pickups, drop-off’s and activities my children have grown to be independent. I realised it was time for a change. The decision wasn’t easy, especially with the responsibilities of motherhood. However, I wanted to show my children that it’s never too late to pursue your dreams and that personal happiness and professional fulfillment are worth striving for.
Choosing the right career path involved a lot of soul-searching and practical considerations. I identified my strengths and passions, researched different industries, and ultimately decided on a field that aligned with my skills and interests. Joining The Laser Beautique landed smoothly on my future career path. I’m excited about what the future holds. I hope to create a community where we can share our stories, support eachother, and celebrate our successes together.
Every step forward is a victory worth celebrating. These moments of success keep me motivated and remind me why I embarked on this path in the first place. It’s never too late to pursue your dreams and create a life that brings you joy and fulfillment. Here’s to embracing change and making the most of every opportunity!

Respect and communication.
6. What has been the most difficult challenge of your career?
To tackle the change from corporate to mum and back in the working industry with life’s changes.
7. What advice do you have for other women in your industry?
When life sends you a hurdle, jump over it and aim for the stars for you do not realise your strength and potential that lies before you. Trust the process.
8. Who inspires you in your industry?
The franchisors, support office, the beaugicians, the clients. Everyone plays a role in smooth policies and procedures.
9. What’s the best advice / key learnings have you received from your industry peers?
Cultureneering. Respect for one another and our clients.
10. What is your leadership style?
Structure. Team Work, Motivation. Process.
11. Have you experienced failure in your career, if so, what lessons did you learn from that?
The bigger picture may not always be what you expect, you may think you are a failure but in fact its a lesson to allow you to enter the next level of success. You do not start from scratch but from experience.
