Pour 300ml of low-fat yoghurt into a bowl
Add 1 cup whole fruit chopped into pieces
Add 2 tbsp condensed milk
Stir together
Pour the mixture into an ice tray and place popsicle sticks in the centre of each portion
Place in the freezer for 2 hours to set
Frozen Yoghurt Bars
Add 2 cups plain yoghurt in a bowl
Add 2 tbsp honey
Mix honey and yoghurt together
Line a tray with baking paper
Add the yoghurt and honey mixture, and fresh fruit like sliced/chopped strawberries, nectarines or blueberries, and chopped mint leaves
Freeze for at least 3 hours
Chop or break into squares and drizzle with honey
