This October, a simple Pink Lemonade can make a meaningful difference in the fight against breast cancer. In celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Sir Fruit, in partnership with Wiesenhof and Dulce Coffee Shops and the Breast Health Foundation (BHF), launches the nationwide “Drink Pink, Support Strong” campaign, turning a refreshing drink into an opportunity to support breast cancer awareness, education, and patient care programmes.

Throughout October, 7% of all sales of Sir Fruit’s Pink Lemonade within the Wiesenhof and Dulce group will be donated to the Breast Health Foundation, helping to fund programmes that empower women, raise awareness, and support patients across South Africa.

To mark the campaign, a special awareness event will take place on 28 October at Wiesenhof Café, Life Eugene Marais Hospital, bringing together representatives from all partners, members of the media, and the public. The event will include awareness talks, Survivor stories, and a photo opportunity to celebrate this meaningful collaboration.

Speaking at the event, Professor Carol-Ann Benn, founder of the Breast Health Foundation, will highlight the importance of collaboration in making breast health education and care accessible to all women across South Africa.

“We’re proud to contribute to a cause that empowers women through education, awareness, and early detection,” added Helene Locke, Revenue Executive

“Partnerships like these show that small actions can make a real difference in someone’s life,” said Brigid Jaucot, Brand Portfolio Manager, Wiese Coffee Holdings

Louise Turner, CEO of the Breast Health Foundation, shares:

“Partnerships like this are the heartbeat of our work. Every contribution helps us raise awareness, share hope, and ensure no patient walks their journey alone.”

The “Drink Pink, Support Strong” campaign reflects the power of collaboration, turning everyday moments, like enjoying a refreshing Pink Lemonade, into opportunities to support women facing breast cancer.
